Focus On: Core Fusion at The Fitnessista

Check out my guest post about one of my favorite workouts — one I credit with changing my life — at a blog I enjoy thoroughly, The Fitnessista.

Focus On: Core Fusion

Oh! And if you’re new here from The Fitnessista, I generally only post on Tuesdays. See you soon!

Great post. I really have to try their other classes. To me the biggest draw to Exhale is the number of locations and variety of classes.

Dori, were you compensated to take those 4-5 classes a week from your original Core Fusion challenge?

If so, you might want to mention that in your Fitnessista post, just as a general disclosure. I think it’s important to know for consumers who are interested in Core Fusion but are put off by the cost.

I did the Core Fusion Challenge in exchange for blog posts on exhale’s website in January 2010. In the last 17 months I have not been compensated. Thanks!

I credit Exhale and CF with changing my body and my relationship to exercise, too. They are really on to something with the mind-body connection thang. It goes a lot deeper than simply burning calories. I don’t know about being put off by the class cost because they offer DVD’s of pretty much every class. So, you can do it at home for real cheap! The thing I love most about that kind of workout is it makes you realize how much you can do with very little equipment.

The thing that’s a little crazy is that these workouts take an hour each and need
to be done 6 times each week for the next 60 days.
Additionally, as mentioned earlier, because of the dramatic success many of your clients will experience from Beachbody exercise programs, many of them naturally choose to become Coaches themselves and start building their own Coaching businesses.
Which requires the most will power to complete the entire program.
