The other night I was having a really hard time falling asleep. I had a very strong craving for french toast! The next day IÂ got home from the gym around lunch time and decided to act on my craving. The only problem? No bread! Once I discovered I felt overall healthier and more active without bread due to my stomach problems, I stopped buying it. I did, however, have some cinnamon eggo waffles in the freezer from way back when I was still eating bread. So I pulled two out, popped them in the toaster for a little, dipped them in egg and tossed them on the stove! I added some cinnamon, persimmon and syrup and VIOLA! Waffle french toast!
