  1. Hello Dori,

Congratulations for your Quests and the quality of your reports. They really give an idea and opinion concerning the major trends in fitness.
I’m not sure if Power Jump are available in NYC, but if would definitely be worth a try. It’s really funny and yet challenging.

It was developed in Brasil and its structure is similar to a LesMills program. I love it. Too bad I injured myself so bad while walking and cannot run or jump ever since 🙁
Any case, if you happen to visit Brasil or Portugal, make sure you give it a try.

    Kind Regards from Portugal,

  2. You should try Delida’s Mon and Wed night total body conditioning classes at NYSC. They are definitely worth a try. I think they’re the best mix of cardio and strength training in one class — the Wed night class is probably the best workout you can do in 45 mins. I’ve been doing it for well over a year and I hate to miss a week. Classes are packed already so I hesitate to even post this…
    And great music too!

  3. I have thought along the lines of it will never happen to me” or “I have never broken a
bone, why am I going to do it now. ” in the native tongue is very, very useful to have – although it may not apply so muhch if yoou are planning to tresk in the jungle. A Maestro Esperitista and Palero Ayahuascero, don Emisael is a Shipibo shaman who was abducted by rubber barons to work inn their planbtations when he was a child.

  4. May I just say what a relief to discover someone that genuinely knows
what they are talking about on the web. You certainly understand how to bring a problem to light
and make it important. More and more people must check this out and understand this side
of the story. I was surprised you are not more popular since
you most certainly possess the gift.

  5. Hello there! I could have sworn I’ve been to this website before but after
reading through some of the post I realized it’s new
to me. Nonetheless, I’m definitely glad I found it and I’ll be book-marking
    and checking back often!
